Identifying the "Best Employers in North Carolina" |

We welcome all North Carolina organizations that meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the "Best Employers in North Carolina" program. Best Companies Group will attempt to rank companies in three company size categories: - Best Employers Small-Sized companies (15-24 employees)*
- Best Employers Medium-Sized Companies (25-249 employees)
- Best Employers Large-Sized Companies (250 employees or more)
The "Best Employers in North Carolina" results and rankings will be posted on this Web site.
* Due to the large number of smaller companies in North Carolina, we have created a "small-sized company" category that will give companies in this category a chance to compete with one another and take advantage of the other program benefits such as the Employee Feedback Report. To ensure the credibility of the information, companies must have a 80% (or better) response rate from their employees filling out the survey.
